Ft Worth Police Officer Matt Brazeal was seriously injured in the Line of Duty on Jun 13th, 2020 when a stolen vehicle that was evading police, intentionally struck and dragged him at a very high speed. Officer Brazeal sustained life-threatening injuries and after one and a half years continues to undergo surgeries for his full recovery. Officer Brazeal served with the United States Army 101st Airborne Division in Iraq and now serves with the Texas National Guard.
